Noooooo... :( Suggest was one of my fav. GENG players.
stew needs to be signed by a Korean team. Dude is so good!
Besides the tech issues, probably the best T2 match I've watched in a while! Can't wait to see Canezerra, Reduxx, nightz etc. in VCT!
GGs Cubert <3
I just hope that Apeks and M8 or whoever will come up will build the best possible teams with all the T2 talent we have... and T2 EMEA is full with insane players.
When sociablEE stops playing for BBL, they know who to sign. Doubt anyways that ComeBack will play for M8 next season.
This will be a FIRE match!
al0 was so impressive today!
What a match. M8s are going to become a serious threat from now on.
I mean, GX didn't play flawless and BBL made several crazy mistakes by totally underestimating GX, but still... absolutely good performance by GX. Cloud is such a good IGL and finally he got a good vibing team. I still find it a bit sadge that purp0 went so much downhill with his performance, but hey... maybe he will get another chance in another team at some point.
Okay, it's finally happening. 99% of coaches and players said before that GX are insane in scrims but never play like that on stage. And now they finally start to do that.
Yeah, okay... aaaand here we go with the next Turkish wonderkid. Spear is impressive af!
Jesus Maria. How many top talents do you guys have? xD Like every year at least 3!
What a match. Robbie def. is an underrated IGL... he made some crazy calls. And yeah... virtyy is insane, that lukxo is crazy was already obvious since the beginning of the season and we actually saw glimpses of oldschool pancada (that 1v3 clutch was amazing).
Can't wait to see more of LOUD... wish them all the best!
GGs
Alfa looked sooo sleepy before the match. I bet the boys were still 50% in their post EWC break... xD
But yeah... good win for the vibes and to get in the mood again. Even though it was bumpy... but I mean, literally every team of every region looked bumpy on their first matches so far. It's normal. KC had probably the same issues with break / vacation etc. and Avez is always so good.
kaajak... bro I have no words for this class.
I thinK FNS said it really well. No team will really remember EWC for the sake of being EWC but the tournament showed insane Valorant from the best teams and for the good performing teams the money is def. great. Also for Heretics I think this is insanely important for their mentality. zekken literally called this... he said that they need one win to regrow their confidence and then beat the best teams again. He was right.
But I think everyone is happy now to play VCT again and by that LAN servers.
Chron +17 / 1.21, kaajak +23 / 1.20, crashies +20 / 1.19 and how was the match? 3:0? Nah, 2:3. Ehehehe.
Jesus! When this would be a major grand final my heart would feel not very good right now.
GGs to Heretics, good to see them smile again and I'm happy they showed that they can win an event. Good to see our boys STILL smiling because it was "just" EWC and not VCT and now keep the heads high and keep up the will to win for Stage 2 and Champs. I'm also happy they showed insane plays (kaajak currently #1 Duelist by form) and that they can beat Paper Rex and GENG.
What a GF... but please nothing like that in Paris.
zekken was officially right. He said like 2 days ago that he still believes in Heretics and that they just need one good win to get rollin' again. He was right. From playing like not existing at Toronto and here against NRG to 4 amazing wins in a row with a crazy victory against GENG (who beat NRG).
Amazing trip and happy for the boys.
But same as seeing PRX lose... GENG is amazing and t3xture is the coolest dude. They deserved it, too. For more exciting matches!
Yeah man. PRX vs. FNC always fire!
Tier 2 and coming back stronger, ez. Still so young and very talented.
From what I've heard is that Serial is insanely silent during comms and just plays his game. But yeah... I think that's what several people said about trexx as well + that he tilts af.
But who knows? It's not our duty to solve that.
I'm very excited about TL and how good they eventually become.
To be fair, yes... xD But you would think EWC with that crazy much funding would be able to get a well connected hall.
And since weirdly enough CS and Dota NEVER have tech pauses, but Valorant and LoL do have enough tech issues for 10 games, I think it's a Riot issue because of server / hosting infrastructure.
Wo0t going maniac again? xD
The Heretics bros had enough...
The format is fine until that weird playoffs style imo. No grand finals make no sense. Direct elim is okay but then do it consequently.
Also why doing that long a** quali and group phase and then no upper and lower bracket? So yeah... playoffs are a bit weird.
Ahhhhh... here we go again. xD
Chron and Alfa... <3 Such BEASTS!
One more game Avez showing why he is feared already.
GGs.
KC has a future for sure. Getting better and better. GGs to them!
Saadhak is having so much fun in the regional season with his boys... like the cool unc. But at EWC now his true nature comes through. He is one of the best IGLs in VCT history and he is currently showing that. marteen f.e. was amazing all season, had 2 bad maps today and Saadhak makes everyone else compensate things if necessary with insanely well timed comms - he won them so many rounds also by stepping up and fragging.
Avez is also showing during the whole year that he is an monster (and of course SUYGETSU MVP of the day... insane performance by the legend)!
But yeah, beside of that exciting match.
marteen was very good at 90% of the season so far. Why would you hate him anyways? He says literally nothing about anyone and is just a nice kid.
What a tech mess, but good for SEN to close it out in the end. zekken more and more shows he's the best Neon.
XLG still clutched some crazy rounds with coach. happywei and Viva are shooters. Rarga sadly again with the communication issues... xD At this point with all the Jemkins, Rargas and vo0kashus we might see a all Russian team again at some point... under Chinese flag... xD
Yeah, def. makes sense. :) Good points.
Yeah, this is what I mean (especially with Jemkin). Is is the adrenalin on int. stage? And Tejo seems to be a heavy factor for RRQ and G2...
Would be nice if they manage to get quickly used to old ways again. Jemkin was insane during the season...
Btw.: I wonder how https://www.vlr.gg/473844/gen-g-vs-rex-regum-qeon-champions-tour-2025-pacific-stage-1-gf is possible and then they totally get destroyed by Fnatic, NRG etc. on international stage. And they played really, really good in Pacific. It feels like on int. stage it's a different team... like honestly, RRG look so different.
But yeah, again GGs to NRG -> insane team! Fun to watch them.
NRG is on the way to become the new NA monsters together with ENVY!
Regarding NRG player interviews during Toronto the only teams they lost to in scrims were Fnatic, PRX and ENVY...
But yeah... without the pressure on his IGLing (literally nobody was forcing him to be the best IGL after the last time) Ethan seems to be way cooler on the pitch. :P mada is insane... s0m is insane... absolute crazy team!
Jamppi proofed to be an amazing IGL, tbh. I'm def. impressef af!
And sociabLEE being this good with almost 30 years... crazy!
shhhack played actually a good map.
But yeah... no leaf and then this short amount of time is obviously a big L for G2.
I don't hate on coaches, but I don't like his style. He's now at FOKUS and they just lost against a new Tier 3 team... with again questionable tactics.
GG!
Nice Bo1. That's why watching Pacific and Chinese teams is just fun as hell... aggressive and quick foward.
The Korean Stage 2 league is insane.
Teams like FEARX, Dplus, SLT Seongnam and the academy rosters of DRX, T1 and GENG are full with <18 years young talents... basically all these kids are cracked!
LEGIJA arrived and already cooked new strats...
2-0 ENVY
Cane drops kills. A lot of them.
Absolute W. LEGIJA is a great coach, insane experience.
I think he said because of competition stress / IGLing. So Sayf back on Flex and get an IGL for Kicks would maybe the best solution on the long side?!
Duelist: Derke
Initiator: Sayonara
Viper / Brim / Sentinel: Less
Sentinel / Flex: Sayf
IGL: ?
When Sayf was just playing without IGLing he was INSANE for several seasons.
Of course... also before Toronto. Asia has 4 trophies in a row now.
5 trophies for EU and Americas. You have by far the most professional players in Valorant and still fail to dominate. It's hella funny, tbh.
Look at CS (the far more mechanical and unforgiving game): EU has 99% of the won trophies while having around 15% more players on the servers.
You simply have no arguments, only cheap rage bait.
Still 10x better than Sentinels, G2 and every Americas team.
Alfajer alone would destroy your whole league. xD
PRX and Fnatic > all NA teams.
Alfajer is def. the best fragger / player of the tourney, but they would never give it to the losing team - that never happens. In no sports. So yeah, f0rsakeN 100% deserves the MVP trophy... he is the best IGL in the world.
GGs & congrats to PRX! Absolutely deserved. <3
Alfajer with 99 kills is insane, though. MVP in my eyes!
ohne is really cool. I liked when he played Valorant and as a hardcore CS fan actually tried to understand the game instead of blindly hating on it.
What a match. Both teams can already be super proud and I couldn't ask for a better performance before Toronto as a Fnatic supporter.
I'd be super happy for Paper Rex if they win after losing 3 GFs, even though I'd be happy for Fnatic as well obviously.
And one thing is 100% clear: Alfajer and d4v41 are the MVPs of this tournament.
GGs!
Sad that always some FNC player is earning the food poison badge... xD I hope kaajak is soon at 100% again because against PRX everyone needs to be at 100%, those 4 maps def. felt like he had to work much harder than usual.
Alfajer is carrying us like hell.
Spring is a beast.
Alfa and Chron = 😈
Missing my boy Leo and we're fully back!
GGs to G2... great team!
