Most of us speak english though? Hindi casters are not as good as the English ones. We are not like KR or JP where people struggle to speak english.

I fail to see how your valorant rank has anything to do with a corporate office job.

Your MMR and Elo systems are designed by engineers, not the guy making decisions. He looks at presentations saying this system is statistically better than the old one and shows the green light.

Firing one guy will not solve the problem. I also doubt ProCity had anything to do with this.

Moreover, he did not even get fired, he was simply moved to a different project lmao.

Star sports is one of the biggest sports telecasters in India. They streamed it on star sports 2 which is reasonable (star sports 1 is reserved for sports like cricket).

It got millions in watching https://www.techcircle.in/2022/06/15/malabar-india-fund-leads-32-mn-investment-in-niti-aayog-founded-genesys-international

There were teams from all SA countries in qualifiers, they just never made it to playoffs. I doubt there are more than 20 ppl playing valorant in Bhutan.

TBH if even 10% of the PUBM players get interested in Valorant, the viewership will exceed JP easily.

Also, if the league is streamed on television expect millions of people watching easily.

It really depends on how Riot markets the game here. They have put up huge billboards and attracted mainstream sports teams to start valorant teams in the past few months. Moreover, higher stakes and imports mean that other regions will also be watching SA valorant.

If something goes mainstream in India, it will easily break any record there is. If any cricket tycoon invests in Valorant, the viewership will easily exceed millions.

I genuinely don't think you should question SA viewership potential when literally 25% of the world lives here.

Are you actually dumb or just pretending? Only a few tournaments hand out prize money directly to players. Most TOs hand out the prize money to orgs which can then either decide to not give the players the prize money (like X10 did) or hand out the prize money as a bonus/variable component in the normal salary. This is why you keep your mouth shut and not speak irrelevant garbage. Also does not change the fact that you genuinely said in the previous comment that $500 is not taxable in India.

Don't forget they even qualified for masters 2 as BREN esports but could not make it due to Visa issues. They beat Paper Rex and where APAC seed 1.

Did you read the entire thread? GODL contacted a GE player and asked them to sign with them. When the player asked about contracts the GODL rep said don't worry we will work that out/we will manage/nothing will happen.

They poached a player like this in the past without any proper communication from TSM. Essentially a player already signed with TSM was announced as a signed player with GODL.

It is totally normal to contact players/reaching out. However, it is illegal to sign and announce a player publicly who is already signed with another org before buying the contract/termination first.

I think you missed the whole drama where they poached a player from TSM and then some guy from TSM mentioned the rules behind contract and stuff. No you cannot just pick a player like this. Rather you have to buy out the player's contract like SEN did with C9 for TenZ.
