Most people play DM to warm up or train their mechanics, not to win. People will go into dm to train specific aspects of their mechanics such as crosshair placement, spray control, counter strafing, working on not panic spraying and so on. This stuff can be hard to do when people camp and blast their audio and play for the win. Having to constantly requeue every 5-7 minutes gets to be tedious, especially if your doing a several hour dm session

I do to cuz its easier for me but it can mess your aim up and make it hard to communicate while shooting due to having to move your thumb

How has he improved? He has played 12 series so far, 10/12 he was in the bottom 2 for his team while 8 of those 10 he was the bottom fragger/acs. And he has never been in the top two fragger/acs for his team. Its pretty clear that he doesn't put the time in due to lack of passion and drive. All he does is talk shit on the game that he plays professionally. And I know fragging/acs doesn't mean everything and you can have impact beyond those metrics. But those metrics are somewhat resourceful when analyzing a players improvement.

You guys realize that it's prolly just a listed sub. Ethan was having power issues couple days ago and dicey bailed them out. If a team is in a situation where a sub is needed, that sub needs to be listed before the tournament starts. Everyone is overreacting

Yea I agree I think everyone would make a few changes to the way the slots were distributed. Some want it to be based off the size of the playerbase per region and some want to see the best teams in the world even if they're mostly from 1-3 regions. Oceania is in the same boat as Turkey where they have to qualify thru a different region (NA/EU). I never understood how Oceania would be able to qualify thru NA without traveling across the globe. Turkey can at least play on the same servers as EU. And Japan could easily be grouped in with Korea like Oceania with NA and Turkey/CIS with Europe

I would agree with this to an extent. Most likely better than Japan and SEA and would prolly be equal to Brazil. I've always thought that Turkey should have its own slot taking one away from SEA or Japan

Yea I believe its only their second time playing it so will have to work out any issues. If they fold completely on attack (the side this comp would struggle on the most) then that may be a sign that they can't make it work

I would say no for most teams. However, Fnatic is so innovative that I think they will be able to make it work for a given time period before they innovate again due to teams figuring out the weaknesses of their 3 controller comp
