Even though I'm not a fan, I feel like PRX has the best odds of winning champs based on current strength.
But I feel like now, more than ever before, the potential for any team to go on a run is quite big.

I can see SEN, G2, XLG, TL, FNC, T1, TH and PRX go on a run. Mainly due to the strength they've shown at some point this year.
