Rito really stepping up and doing things the right way

Still remember when Indians used to compare forsaken to Skrossi as the two APAC demons way before PRX got to LAN xDDDDDD

Glad to see no one is rating LATAM bottom 5, the first time they get some respect

100%

That’s gonna be amazing, and gonna make teams really wanna work their fanbase

posted about 2 years ago

Well, it is gonna be low for EMEA and Americas my friend. Some current players are already at about 10k which is gonna boost a lot with franchising, but still, 10k by 6 it’s 60k by 12 it’s 720k

posted about 2 years ago

Zeta is playing with a stand in dude

posted about 2 years ago

Salaries are gonna grow a lot next year, but what I’m saying is, they are indirectly forcing teams to make good content and put effort

posted about 2 years ago

My question is, is there any other OCE org still alive in the process to get franchising? Cause if not this is a complete Rip for OCE and they lose their spot in franchising, can’t apply anymore

posted about 2 years ago

People seem disappointed when George’s report said it was going to be 600k for teams, but I’m pretty sure that people didn’t even read the report cause it’s actually really good news, let me explain

The report said teams would be receiving a base money of 300K just for being there and a base 300k from sells in game (skins) (probably is gonna be way more for the biggest teams that will sell more). So that makes a minimum of 600k total a year.

The good part comes when there are other 400k in variables that Riot will give to the teams that meet a series of requirements (Ig it’s a minimum of content, videos, posts etc, maybe force to have female teams and academies?) This way what happens in LEC won’t be repeated and teams won’t be relaxed they will always have to be generating fanbase and attracting people

So if a team puts the effort in they will be getting that 1m or even more if they sell many skins, I really like the way they have made it, and Ig numbers will change with time but it is still the same concept

40 comments and not a single troll, good job guys

Happy birthday dude

Literally, one thing is not using them, the other thing is not having them even if it is for just in case, not having them shouldn’t be allowed to any pro bro, don’t be lazy

posted about 2 years ago

What’s the part you don’t understand

posted about 2 years ago

Cause sen players did 10h a day of steam not practice lol and not for a couple days as a break but as in a regular basis

posted about 2 years ago

10 hours a day of practice? No, not healthy or even good for them, probably not even efficient at that point. Many pros stream after practices if they have enough strength. Still they are probably just on a break rn

posted about 2 years ago

You read correctly, CIS doesn’t have their own league, just like they haven’t had it this year due to the war, players have to distribute around the other VRL’s and the franchising teams. Probably will be added once everything it’s solved, whenever that is. Similar case to CN league probably added whenever game is released

posted about 2 years ago

Who says they haven’t, a day has 24h

posted about 2 years ago

Cause people also need rest? Probably taking an off week or something before actually starting preparing

posted about 2 years ago

I mean it's pretty clear but definitely not confirmed yet probably cause not even Riot knows yet

posted about 2 years ago

I'll use what I've already written and say it in comparison to LOL

So we've got LCS (but with South America too), LEC and an Asian league combining all the countries. 10 big orgs with a lot of fans from every region get chosen by Riot for a 4 years partnership (Basically franchised teams but they don't own the spots like in Lol, after 4 years if they don't do well Riot can kick them out so it doesn't happen like in LEC full of teams no one cares about and are just holding the spot like Astralis for example).

These leagues will also have a spring and summer split like in LOL, the winners of the first split are probably gonna be going to masters 1 and the second split for masters two, and then earn points for champs like already happens currently.

Then you've got regional leagues all around the world, this one can even be accessed from tournaments organized from the client in the game (Like a tournament mode or something). The winners of these leagues will compete in a sort of European Masters where every year the winner will be added to the main league (LEC) with a 2 years contract, adding teams until they get the leagues up to 14 teams per league. That way they will get to a point where every year 1 team will finish their contract and the winner of that year will get in. That way it's not closed franchising but the 10 guaranteed teams are still secure

Brilliant if you ask me don't really have complaints about it
idk if it's clear enough

posted about 2 years ago

Ik dude, but to practice it's the same. Still, I don't think we are actually disagreeing here so idk what are we arguing about.

The point here was the "That's what they want you to think" which is just not true, there isn't anyone manipulating people into thinking they support them to stab them from the back later or something, it's just different people with different opinions

posted about 2 years ago

That has nothing to do with what I'm saying tho, that's generalizing dude, if I go and say all Brazilians sent death threads to keznit when the problem with Dgzin happened go look at his twitter, and then I say no one from LATAM sent death threads to Dgzin. Doesn't make sense cause the first sentence is wrong not all of y'all send death threads and the second one is too cause I'm sure someone did send them, you just can't control

posted about 2 years ago

Okay, that is a fair claim that I can't check if it's true or not, but my point here is "That's what they wanna make you think" there are LATAM fans that genuinely feel identified by Br and support them, and then there are others that wanna see them lose like in football, but is not people trying to manipulate you dude, fanbases are just too big to be controlled, you can't generalize like that

posted about 2 years ago

Isn't it mandatory in LoL with a maximum of 3 per league? Idk if it will be the same here. Definitely not allowed to promote tho

posted about 2 years ago

LATAM are the Illuminati or what

posted about 2 years ago

Yup, I think in normal conditions they would have put a better fight against TBK who I was already really rooting for tho. Maybe challenged Furia to a fifth map

Apparently Fusion started the tournament having practiced just twice cause the pracc rooms weren't too good meanwhile Br teams were allowed to use their own installations. It's a fair complaint but obviously not a determinant factor, they choked Ig

posted about 2 years ago

No, ofc there are toxic Latam fans, all I'm saying you use the toxic responses to an arrogant post to say LATAM fans are arrogant. Cause it just doesn't make sense

posted about 2 years ago

He is free to think that is the correct list nobody never said the opposite, just said he can't complain if people think he is arrogant for it and act like the braindead mass that twitter is

posted about 2 years ago

Well they didn't have the best of the lucks (Torrify) and they did have some complaints with the event

posted about 2 years ago

Furia Boom and Zeta maybe XerXia too

posted about 2 years ago

Fusion coach said they mainly scrim EG so idk

posted about 2 years ago

Literally this, even though I'm actually scared cause George Geddes report said there was going to be between 6 and 8 NA teams, so if it's 8 Br and LATAM are fucked, if it's 6 they are still fucked 2 and 2 only

posted about 2 years ago

So since this year they are different regions they deserve more but next year since they are gonna be the same the deserve the same? What's the difference just the way of calling it? how does that make it fair for EMEA

posted about 2 years ago

Have you thought there are many fans? Maybe some of them support you and some of them don't? is it that crazy to think?

posted about 2 years ago

Ofc dude, but that's called being disrespectful, not arrogant, actually Noyn is the one being arrogant with that list rating them over everyone else. Ig you just got the word wrong

posted about 2 years ago

I mean dude, objectively talking asking anyone that is not biased towards any of the two regions. All of them would tell you Noyn's list it's the arrogant one in the first place, dude just said Lev it's an easy match up and didn't even classify OPTC or FPX as hard match ups. So really bad example my friend.

People in the comments are calling him loco cause wtf is that list, still any other personal attacks are bad, you just can't expect people not to act arrogant when you do it in the first place

posted about 2 years ago

How are they arrogant, you’re the ones that can’t accept this is not CS and they are an equal region here

posted about 2 years ago

Rooting for KRU and LEV over EMEA teams tbh, they’re on close third tho and I really don’t care which of the three

posted about 2 years ago

I think it would be more something like

Paura (only one with some experience Ig, I still believe in him)
Alfajer
cNed
Brave
Russ/ AimDll

posted about 2 years ago

Only reason I can think of is cause Alfajer’s English is not the best so they might do a C9 lol. Anyway, it wouldn’t be such a downgrade for Alfajer as long as it really is a super team since BBL is going to franchising anyway

posted about 2 years ago

That’s exactly where we disagree, you don’t think comparing esports to physical sports it’s fair and I don’t get why

posted about 2 years ago

Klaus so underrated on every list

posted about 2 years ago

True

posted about 2 years ago

First of all no lol Mako is the better player out of the two, second of all Zest is the IGL, and yes I agree Benkai is better

posted about 2 years ago

No worries

posted about 2 years ago

And why is tennis not a game taken too far? Cause you actually move?

What’s about chess? Is it a game taken too far? What about golf? I don’t get your point bro

posted about 2 years ago

It really is if you see it as an elite sport player. Imagine that was the salary of idk, a tennis player, would you think it’s a lot? Do you think tennis moves a lot more people than Val? Probably yes, but not as significantly as the difference in salaries are.

My point here is that esports have the stigma regular sports don’t

posted about 2 years ago

Ofc that’s gonna be really insane, what I’m saying is, even if Riot is paying it is still really important to get the best orgs possibles. The argument “Orgs like PRX can get in since with Riots money it’s already enough they don’t need to be big ” it’s just not true. Still very important to have the best teams with best infrastructure cause it’s a help not a complete founding
