Actually if I am not mistaken his contract should expire in January, my guess is that he is probably waiting for that to join a new team. This means he is not on good terms with EG and therefore it would be logical that EG doesn't allow him to pracc with other teams until the contract expires. Happened last year with starxo.

All I see is 4 out of the 8 Champions league groups being topped by LaLiga teams, I think the depth is absolutely insane this year actually.
Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico (their best level in years), Real Sociedad (Playing fucking amazing), Girona (almost topping the league), those 5 teams can compete with whichever 5 premier league teams you name in their current level. Athletic and Betis also at a high level.

I'm not dumb I know PL has been better for a while and dead last PL team has twice the budget that Girona for example. I'm just saying LaLiga teams are playing at an extremely high level

Yes they can kick orgs in certain cases. In normal situations tho, due to bad performance they can only kick an org every 4 years. Basically orgs signed 4 year deals and in 4 years riot decides if they want to renew or replace. We're on year 2, so that won't be the case until the 2026 off season

It's a long time that's the whole point of franchising, giving orgs an stable situation to work with, no constant pressure and the possibility to build for the future like teams like many teams are doing with young talent. If Riot could kick orgs at any time many young tier 2 talents wouldn't have been picked up in the first place
