Tier 3 typically would be considered collegiate, or at this point high tier premier teams or FA teams/smaller orgs that play in non VCT tourneys, think during the open circuit days alot of the NA teams that weren't good enough to make say top 32 in open circuit so you seen them in NSG and other side tourneys

4/5 are probably just random premier teams or obscure ass tourney teams that probably are like diamond-immortal and lower that play random LAN events

No true IGL is a real gamble, time will tell if Sayf can do it, can't imagine it'll go well when Less and Derke are coming from teams with top 5 IGLs

Marved isn't rlly washed, the other 2 underperformed but it's more understandable to say that

If this isn't bait, then maybe just take a look

I dont even think anything south of the Sahara has a team because theres no region or servers that way bro. Closest you'll get is the MENA region where its primarily the middle eastern teams.

Lets be real G2 is prob winning 1/2 international qualifiers, Its literally hosted in europe this year why wouldn't they invite euro teams?

Last year was in Japan and had 3 JP and 1 KR team, an EU team won the event with an NA team being 2nd place
2022 had an NA team win in Europe and it was a 3/8 ratio for that compared to Americas 2 NA/1 LATAM

I'm pretty sure they'll play in tier2 unless they're somehow on EG but based on the rumors they likely won't be.

posted 2 months ago

okay the johnqt one is fair, my bad I never looked into it I just knew he played for Ghost then M80. SEN. Other 2 still hold up

posted 2 months ago

johnqt, demon1, tex all played in NA from the start of their careers lol

Always been underrated and finally got respect put on his name in 2023, hoping we see a similar if not better season this year

So -Carpe, Xccurate is what's happening with one being a sub?

honestly kinda funny

Cracked aimer, good initiator that if he's consistent and playing at a good level which im sure a duo like Bonkar (his coach last season) and FNS can unlock his potential and make him and Ethan into a scary init duo. Ethans already a top 10 ITW and Verno could also be in that conversation as well hypothetically if he produces the same way in Tier1

posted 2 months ago

rent free

posted 2 months ago

how is ethan a fraud when he's been consistently one of the best flex initiators in NA val for 4 years straight?

posted 2 months ago

franchise teams need a 6th substitute member. Honestly I agree with him being signed to them but he's 17 so can't play franchise until next season anyways.

so whos gonna be their 5th

posted 2 months ago

I have no idea, I hope so because he literally just did disappear

posted 2 months ago

All time Chet > Bonkar due to more results
Bonkar in 2024 > Chet in 2024

But Chet was not the ONLY issue with 2024 NRG, OXG was the favorites for NA Ascension until they choked at the very last minute to a hot streak TSM so saying he didn't do much last year is wrong

bold of you to assume that half of the people here would read allat just sayin

posted 2 months ago

as #3 and #5 said, they're doing offseason tourneys this was confirmed.

I dont know about super team, but definitely good on paper and hopefully good in actual execution and performance, had high hopes last year and a combination of issues ruined that season, so hopefully we start out strong this year

With this signing now Bdog is the last remaining LG/SR player that hasn't either retired or made it to tier 1. Moose on C9, DazzLe retired and Tigg likely also retired as he's been MIA for a full season. Someone get bdog on a tier 1 roster that guy is cracked

posted 2 months ago

it was a combination of ethans lack of IGLing, Demon1s inability to have a better agent pool, Chets poor coaching in this meta, swapping rosters halfway through the season, Crashies and Victor being more inconsistent than their prior seasons. Can't just blame one guy

posted 2 months ago

I'm honestly kinda excited for this roster, Verno and Mada have been some of the best NA T2 talent thats been around for a minute, not saying theyre THE top guys but they've both been solid-good through their careers.

Been following Mada since his LG days on the old roster with Bdog (get him in tier 1 already) and Moose he's a bit inconsistent but he's good. Looking forward to seeing what he can do

Verno being the new initiator replacement for Crashies is a pretty 1 to 1 as he's been one of the best in that category the last 2 seasons and he should be good on this team and a scary duo with Ethan.

Realistically they should make playoffs for Americas and MAYBE a LAN, Would be one hell of a run if they make it to the top of the region but I don't expect them right away to be world beaters.

posted 2 months ago

Huge W signing, albeit it was expected for awhile. Can't wait to see what they cook up because Bonkar has been impressive with OXG last season.

Also NRG announced mada

posted 2 months ago

Good luck, shame we couldn't get more production and don't blame the org for letting him go, he's good enough to be tier 1

posted 2 months ago

whole valorant career then I'd say the following need to be changed
Dephh, Will, Stellar, Pancada higher
JcStani, Nitr0, Steel, YaBoiDre, SicK, Inspire lower

like Kanpeki > Shroud in val career terms
Pancada should be way higher as he's the only one on the list besides Ethan, Boostio, and Sacy to lift an actual Championship trophy.

posted 2 months ago

you're wild for posting, but it is a good show and like top 10 imo so i respect it but

I gotta say either Edgerunners, One Piece, Vinland Saga, One Piece, AOT pre falloff or CSM right now are my favorites hard to pick a single one

posted 2 months ago

Because bro can't decide because even tho SEN marved and 100T Ethan didn't do much they're HOF but international lan making players on those teams like Stellar, Will, Dephh are below players who didn't do much

posted 2 months ago

Are you basing these players strictly on their time in those orgs or whole career because you seem to be very pick and choose with which

posted 2 months ago

This, for as painfully mid Depth was on 2023 SEN, he clears all of those players listed if we're going on prior valorant accomplishments.

G2 boutta be scary this season

posted 2 months ago

they better resign them or theyre trolling

posted 2 months ago

they're being sued about their monopoly so hopefully it leads to their dismantling and or cheaper prices overall, my wallet hurts after doing over 40 shows in the last 2-3 years.

posted 2 months ago

Me who gets to go to rock/metal shows of all sizes from anywhere to 20-70 dollars a ticket with the average being about 40, but yeah ticketmaster/livenation fees are the absolute worst and make every concert in existence alot more than it should be. But atleast they're being sued.
I don't think I've spent as much on any artist for simply tickets beyond Metallica, but maybe thats just the genre thing.

I'd say go just for the experience and that way your brother isn't alone, as you said the quality time is worth it even if the financial side wasn't worth it.

NRG or G2 Jawgemo incoming

posted 2 months ago

Did not expect that, happy for BOOM, sucks for the players but I'm sure they'll find new spots. Getting kicked before some of these other orgs is wild, rare riot W

NRG

been a fan since late 2021, originally became a fan because of their content creator Flexinja and then seeing some matches with players like S0m Hazed and Tex and honestly just at the time embracing them in their underdog in NA role, followed that into the 22 season with signing Ethan and then going on a run in 22 just barely missing the LANs of that year. Stayed a fan since, became a secondary fan of teams like Guard and Optic esp during the latters run in 2022, like when NRG failed to make a lan i usually fell to being an optic fan, primarily because of FNS Yay and Marved. So when most of the optic core signed with NRG in 2023/24 it was like my two fav teams had merged. Overall just been a fan of pretty much every player the org has brought in and rooted for the ones that have left to succeed like Ethan in EG, Tex in TGRD and LEV

I cant say I'll stop rooting for them but its been hard at times, but I'll likely be staying loyal until they don't exist in val anymore

I've also been a fan of the likes of G2 because of the guard core of guys when NRG didnt make LANs in 2024 I'd root for them instead.

Import rules in both APAC and CN as a Russian even if he's likely from the Asian part of Russia. He only left XLG as part of an agreement during signing in order for Rarga to stay, that plus stupid management picking a duelist over an igl. As for why he left ScarZ I dunno, doubt it's a toxicity thing but probably also a language barrier thing

Fr, good tourney, way better than last year's. Hopefully 2G smacks some sense into the other Brazil orgs that tier2 talent is better than recycling.

No sense in having everyone shit on eachother, we all had 1 team in top 3
