If we play badly in split 1 I can see changes happening, they looked good in the offseason (albeit thats meaningless) and starting from behind is what kills this team.

If we don't make playoffs in split 1 then its real cause for concern, Mada and Verno are great (the latter had a bad series today) and Ethan and Som need to just be a bit more consistent, like if Ethan was playing like he was today the last few series it could've been a different story. FNS has to stop PI'ing though.
