the reason they're in EU region is for timezones for the sake of broadcasting to every region around the world, its already very late in APAC and EA regions when theres a stream. It would basically be like 3am over there if not later if there was a LAN event in NA and it ran the same times as they do in EU.

you're not too far off there, its not gonna add anything special unless you're starting to do it in plat-diamond+ but it also does depend on the team. While yeah alot of lower elo ones don't really know a whole lot anyhow but I've atleast seen a few that know what they're doing atleast. Just comes down to whether its people that can actually follow up on said calling.

you'd be surprised at how much having someone that can make calls in game ranked whether its 5 stacks or not can make an impact. Even if IGLing low elo ranked isnt gonna be as in depth as what you'd see higher up.
