This is pitiful from riot. W waited FOUR FUCKING MONTHS to only be greeted by possibly the worst format for a 32 team tournament in all of esports.
I dont know who the fuck organized this but I dont know why theyre acting as if they dont have any time throughout the year so they decided on this format. If this goes through then Riot has single handedly killed ALL the hype for this tournament before its even begun.

Plus I think he's helped alot with the lineup scene (this isnt me sayin he's the ONLY one so dont mistake that) but i found other good sova lineup people thru him
Astra Omen feels like the way to go, idk if it'll be a double smoke comp though as meta. Maybe a niche portion of comps will be like with Pearl not always being double controller.

The gap between the top 3 is minimal because well, we havent seen SEN or NRG play yet but on paper and previously Optic > 100T so
Definitely gonna be interesting between the clear top 4-5 teams in the american league as LOUD and LEV could give the clear big 4 of NA a run for their money, but 100T is definitely looking to be in the top half but depending on them vs C9 barring a KRU upset should help solidify one or the other as a favorite as we havent seen NRG or SEN yet

then between teams like KOI VIT KC for the 4-6

The top 5-6 are likely not gonna be determined until sao paulo or the american league split but atleast in my opinion from what I've seen so far from RBHG and such, NRG 100T and SEN all look to be at the top with C9 still having to work out some team issues and LOUD being an obvious downgrade from its form from last year.

Great lan tourney so far, alot better than most
NRG easily top 3 in NA, won't be as good as optic but the optic core trio of Crashies FNS and Victor will still be good, Ardiis being probably the 2nd best Chamber after Yay, despite the nerfs he's more versatile in agent pool than Yay and I'm sure FNS and Chet will find ways to get him to have huge impact, while S0m is no Marved he's still a really solid option.

C9 wont be as good as Optic, but all of these teams are close enough to where either can take maps, thats just valorant.

it might just be russian visas, but they were able to go to Berlin and Champs just fine, just GMB/M3C didnt make any LANs in 2022, I'm sure they'll get it worked out by Sao Paulo
