basically, if someone on your team dc's but damage was already done and is not insignificant, they won't give it to you.
also if the outcome wouldn't have been changed (like 10 seconds on the bomb it gives as an example)

The issue here is that From masters to champions NA get +1 LCQ, Latam +1 LCQ, and Asia get +2 for geographical reasons, meaning EMEA stay at three and get 0.

IMO geographical limitations for needing two separate LCQ's for APAC should be counteracted by giving SEA 1 slot since they could in theory, split the teams to either apac LCQ.
Now NA, Latam, EMEA, and APAC each get 1 extra slot for champs it just feels wrong to make it harder for EMEA teams to qual when they did end up getting the best results in 2021
