Feels the same mate

posted about a year ago

Never was a big fan of latam/Brazil, not that i had the chance to watch any pre franchising, but loud was pretty much the only brazilian team I knew back then (with the exception of keys stars and heat), and was i an active hater, from Reykjavik 22 to champs 22 to lock in to champs 23, i would always root against them just cause they were the teams i knew the least, the lock in crowd , taking 22 champs from fnatic (in my dumbass head atleast) and the other brazilian teams being dog definitely didn't help that hate lol

But now that this legendary core is disbanding, with less and saadhak leaving, aspas already gone and sacy retiring, ican't help but look back and feel just a little sad and nostalgic abt this core

And so i would like to Thank the loud core , for giving us the lock in finals, one of the best rivalries in valorant history in loud v optic/nrg, for being one of the best and most entertaining teams to watch through out 2022 and 2023, and form me personally for opening my mind to Brazilian/LATAM valorant, I hope these guys find success In whatever they do in their futures (also hope pancada can finally show how good of a player he really is)

  • respectfully

from a loving brazilian hater

Turkey has more than enough talent to roll the rest of the world, I'll be damned if they start going international now

posted about a year ago

Funny how they're the only t2 roster to get picked apart after ascending, non of DRG, G2/TGRD, BLD or M8 got Their rosters poached, and same with this year's ascension winners, EMEA really short on talent aren't they

That or apeks didn't have in-built contract extensions in case of ascending..... In which case just why???

Probably not

Just want to see what an AI roasting would even be like cause a roast/shitpost from an AI would obviously be worse, ig i just wanted to see by how much (also pretty sure GPT just looked at my last thread to make this one kek)

And boy is this making me cringe to all hellπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

posted about a year ago

Personally think there are 2 categories, one is the regions that are just plain under utilized or are still developing, Examples of this would probably be japan, oce and most T2 latam and Brazil

And then there are regions where the sheer quantity and quality of talent is way higher than that of their rival regions, Turkey and Indonesia are the regions that really stick out to me, honestly it suprises me as to why there are more Indonesian but especially more Turkish Players in T1

Could u ask chatGPT to roast me?

Pretty sure they can't have Dos9, Sultan and Kr1stal on the same team right?

Or am I Tripping?

Retard isn't even that bad of a word all things considered

Why PPL are up in arms abt this I have no idea, especially considering no one on tariks team is actually Retarded

I Really want derke to stay, imo he's the dream duelist Player, someone who's willing to learn new agents , can be a full proper entry play style but isn't boxed in by it, can OP very well and has been keeping up this consistency for ages, it will be a massive blow for fnatic if he leaves, but well it's been 4 yrs and derke may want a change of pace so there's nothing they can do abt that ig

As for replacements
The obvious one is Kaajak, he's the Player who imo fits derke's profile the best while maybe bringing even more firepower, but that relies on apeks not qualifying (if they don't, well ......) or willing to let him go, which ain't happening

Izzy may be another option i haven't seen him play since Berlin tbh but his stats and profile seem similar to derke and it would be a great fit that way, if he ever gets off SMB that is

Or maybe they keep hiro and move alfa to duelist, that could work ig but his op is no where near as good as derke's, his razer is better in many ways tho

BRUH we are barley a country, tf did india do to u?

95% of indians can't even afford a pc setup that can push 144 hz and we don't have the bang culture of countries like Korea cause 1. Most of parts which are made overseas are atleast 10-20% more expensive in india, 2. Pc cafes in india have to operate on razor thin margins due to lack of spending power amomg a majority of the population and is not very profitable as a result

And to top it all of most Indians still think of eSports as a joke, stigma abt gamers are still very prevelant here, if u ever say "I want to be a gamer to your parents" your going to get no support whatsoever, your entire extended family will ridicule and mock u for doing a "no status job", ur family will literally try and keep ur existence as low profile as possible

And then u compare us to china, where they atleast have the infrastructure and existing eSports reputation to maintain the gaming scene, RENT FREE IN UR F**KING HEAD MY FRIEND

The amount of times teams have lost due to tilting and making dumb ahhh mistakes is pretty representative of how close in skill level these teams are

We saw this happen today with G2 and yesterday with fnatic, at this point ngl having a vibe merchant/ Psych coach on your team might be as important as having a good igl

No hate to u, i just get a weird sense of satisfaction watching NA-tards complaining abt scheduling issues

Cause u can finally suffer like we normally do lol

That's the problem we can't, the whole f0rsaken incident set back Indian eSports by almost a decade

On top cultural and economic factors make it impossible to find even 5 Players who've played for a long time

Remember most probably players in the west have been Playing since they were 10 - 13 years old, most Indians won't even get to Play on a PC and those who do only do so much later in their lives (more like 15 - 17 yrs old) the problems we face are stuff u can't even comprehend

posted about 2 years ago

And 85% of those can't even afford a wifi connection or a phone over 200 usd

Let alone a pc that's worth anything, and PC Cafe culture is geared towards serving the upper classes so it's damn near impossible to actually tap into this massive population

Well everything except tokyo and shanghai are Mickey mouse for us by ur retarded ass logic (also then EMEA - 1, Pacific -1 . Americas can collectively jump off a Cliff)

Suck it up bro, APAC has had to stay up and ruin our sleep schedules and health to even watch international valorant for 8 out of 11 tournaments, u can stay up and burn for once u entitled wimps

posted about 2 years ago

Probably SEN, FNC and PRX

In terms of impact, theses 3 teams have had the greatest influence by far

Think ull like summertime rendering, perhaps one of the best mystery animes ever made

A few other recommendations would be cowboy beeboop, howls moving castle (this one's a movie tho), mob psycho 100 and since u like world building I'd put one piece in there too, especially considering the Anime is entering the final saga and things are getting wild it.

Day4

https://youtube.com/live/CzmXKKonrKY?feature=share

Had to urgently touch grass, so i needed to cut short today's session quite a bit
oh and i just realised i was playing at my older, much higer sens in aimlabs ( kill me, how did i not notice this sooner?, i have no fking idea ) and had to set it back to normal

still i feel much better in game, the grind is working i hope

Day 3

https://youtube.com/live/wxlLb982f5s?feature=share

Had to bounce after the 1st rep on the last task
Slight improvement from day 2 but nowhere near as good as day one, need to keep my grip consistent

Plus idk if it's the windex or mouse wear but the glide is feeling a little different on my mouspad

posted about 2 years ago

i already play at an edpi of 616 πŸ’€

as for kovaaks, well i do have the aim trainner, i just havent come around to using it yet, i just wanted to start and be consistent for now

id also be nice if u could suggest some good koovaks tasks?

posted about 2 years ago

yeah ur right, ill have to trim the time i spend on this once clg starts again

but more than anything i just want to start a routine and be consistent in something to start with

posted about 2 years ago

could u suggest some good tasks and explain why mine are bad

as for DM's, ive tried but i feel my aim has improved the most when i aim trained consistently i still do DMs and in game warm up tho , besides i have out of game reasons for this as well

posted about 2 years ago

Day 2
Cut Down 2 of the Tasks coming down to 46 mins and ill also be tracking the scores on a spread sheet

Monsoon's a bitch(power cuts, again)

posted about 2 years ago

How have SA teams actually gotten worse? even the casters on universe play's stream are admitting the standard of valorant isn't good enough, man just why???

posted about 2 years ago

I'm not gonna be aim training for 1 hr, I'm still trying to figure out which tasks to cut so it came out to an hr + I'm taking frequent breaks in between which is why the vod is longer

I wanted to keep it at 40 mins Max, but i just wanted to start for now, i haven't been consistent anywhere in my life for a long time and figured I'd start being consistent with something that just the right difficulty level for me mentally

posted about 2 years ago

Thx for the tips bro, i already use switchtrack and sixshot and ill look into the rest

Gl on ur climb, i want to get to immo too one day, hope to see u there

posted about 2 years ago

Nah I'm still plat(if I was a problem I wouldn't be here lol)

For me aim training has worked tho, some of my best Performances have come when I consistently aim trainied for multiple days (never got past the 4 day point tho)

And DM's haven't had the same impact, but again it's hard to come to a conclusion when there has been 0 consistency in anything I do

posted about 2 years ago

I'm still trying to narrow down which tasks to cut to bring it down to 40 min
Plus I take 2 min breaks between every 2 tasks so that adds to the time too

posted about 2 years ago

Day 1

https://youtube.com/live/kzIUWWZm-jg?feature=share

had to cut the session short due to a power cut

posted about 2 years ago

I"ve always aim trained, however i have always been super inconsistent(and by that i mean aim training like 4 times a month) and never made it a routine.

so in order to make sure i keep myself consistent, ill be posting my aimlabs vods in this thread, every single day i can(which is most of the days), i will also post updates on days i cant aim train but in order to make sure i dont slack, i need to aim train atleast 4 times per week

and while ur at it feel free to roast my music taste if u want

Big props to the goat Mjtchell since I'm basically ripping off his gym accountablity post

So wish me luck, this will be Day 1

Is it just me or does it look like GenG are incredibly conservative with their time-outs, they could've made Lotus easier if they had called that time out earlier plus they haven't called a time out on bind so far
