I have never heard any thing about G2 making any changes but let's be real tho icy growth has been incredible over the year he still isn't near the other international winning duelists and prolly won't be next year, his yoru is good as well as gekko but his raze and Jett is less than average, if G2 change icy with another player they could potentially win a trophy international one next year , there are two people derke and demon1 who they could replace icy with, and honestly with demon1 they can make pretty big waves as demon1 playstyle actually matches with theirs considering they don't rely on a single player entering , and rather use icy for impact as well as entry is done by the entire team and demon1 plays in the similar way

Inspire is a simple no no, bro has a two agent pool of cypher and kj and refuses to learn another one, even though he has had like so much free time, the agent pool in itself may not pose a problem but the stubbornness he shows which can be seen here may be a problem
1) Free VCT slot: From the looks of it the team that will mostly win ascension is apeks and it's only real competition is Pcfic , if apeks win they can't get into vct as a team as their owner recently purchased vct polaris and so it's some kind of conflicting interests thus if they win, any org can pick this team up and get a slot in the vct easily.( This news seems to be wrong sorry don't consider this point,)
2) Kaajak and comeback seem to be the best duelists as seen from ascension, so many people are heavily wanting apeks to lose in order to pick up Kaajak.
3) Since fnc is looking for a good duelist in the EMEA T2 the most likely options for them to pick up are Kaajak and Xeus ( comeback is still 17 and won't be 18 until June of next year so not available)

Considering this year only narrate has been so damn good but chronicle has been on the level this year ( mostly not entirely) where he makes his team win matches single handedly

And besides aim his game sense is also top notch soo u get the idea

I am a pacific guy, I can agree to the fact that tho the matches at this year champs were fire but the production failed to create the necessary hype, and honestly I wouldn't mind if in the future events are mostly at EMEA until the production at Pacific gets right, I remembered the last year champs at LA and the hype was so fire including the gf opening ceremony, this year's opening ceremony was meh and the crowds except the ones at the big venue was also kinda meh, the EMEA crowds are naturally better ( Asians have a culture of like presenting yourself respectfully in public places that's why the crowds don't do much shit except the cheering and clapping part) even Jake sin has mentioned Pacific Haas lower budget for hosting internationals in comparison to EMEA
( PS I even don't mind the night timings as it works better for me as I can get work done during the day and then watch vct with a sense of relaxation unlike when matches are in afternoon and so not much work gets done during the day)
