I can't wait for this bloodbath, lets see if Sharks bootcamp will work this time
I'm a little worry about Furia with xand leaving, ablej having his first game and the qck accident they may not be in the best shape right now so I think NIP may take this one
Fantasy Team
MVP: Aspas
Duelist: Heat
Initiator: mwzera
Sentinel: less
Controller: bnj
Placements
1st: LOUD
2nd: Vivo Keyd
3rd: NIP
4th: Sharks
5th-6th: TBK, Havan Liberty
7th-8th: FURIA , Gamelanders Blue
9th-10th: INGAMING Esports, Team Vikings
Havan is a department store and the founder of Liberty esports team is the son of the owner of Havan, I'm not sure what cause the name change but if I have to guess is probably the owner and the Havan brand often be related to the current government of Brazil which made many people hate them, right now Havan still a sponsor for that team
Because unfortunately according to Riot Br, the spots are for the orgs not the players
for someone who have no clue about the NA scene I will say Xset, Geng, NRG and TSM
They go against each other again and this time so early
yes, that's no a problem
I think this might be the best match of the quarterfinals, hopefully is a good one
B4 weren't 5-man stacked from ranked, the core of that team made playoffs in stage 3
I think this will give them an edge in the closed qualifier, but not in the group stage because teams in the group stage will have more time to fix mistakes
We already know: https://www.vlr.gg/60892/vct-br-2022-lineups
xand - jonn - cauanzin - bnj - bezn
Sacy got covid, that's why they didn't the announcement video yet
this game will be streamed by the coach of Royal PS: https://www.twitch.tv/royalpsusp
Unfortunately no news about it so probably no English stream, but technically people can register to co-stream the qualifiers(open qualifiers + closed qualifiers)
It's hard to do because of the roster changes but I think is something like those:
Bind -Old Vikings, Old Gamelanders
Breeze - Vivo Keyd, Furia
Icebox - Old Gamelanders, Vivo Keyd
Split - NO ORG(now TBK), Vivo Keyd, Old Stars Horizon
Haven - Furia, Sharks
Ascent - Furia, Old Stars Horizon
Man I just realized the qualifier begins in 9 days and the open qualifier + closed qualifier will be just 4 days( January 12th -16th). I don't think we will see the teams in their full potential yet so here are my predictions for the first qualifier:
Loud and Oddik(Maybe Los Grandes) will qualify for the Closed Qualifier imo, loud has too much firepower and they also have smart players, Oddik have fra and sutecas experience, los grandes have the portuguesa core + ctc so they might surprise.
In the Closed Qualifier I think Loud and Nip will qualify for groups - Xand and Jonn are probably top 10 aimers of the country + bezn and bnj experience might be enough, I can see both these teams not qualifying in the first qualifier tho.
so are guys prediction for the first qualifier?

Delevigne got signed, Stars Horizon might come alive after all, btw I'm surprised that zakkv and tisora haven't been signed with a new team yet
Maybe Light? He played a little bit of Sentinel in Sharks
yes, btw I have a question for americans, where are the best burgers? fast food chains or random burger places?
Duelist - Cned
Flex - Chronicle(yep)
Initiator - Sacy
Controller - Mako
Sentinel - nAts
I'm not worried about Less I'm sure he will do fine, what I'm worried about is if Saadhak will be able to flex
yes, chase was the only player who used Kay/o well here in stage 3, he's 16 yo, fuzari has a good cypher but he's inconsistent, I think pancada and dgzin are the most valuable players from this lineup
https://valorantesports.com/news/vct-br-2022-formato-calendario-e-campeonato-presencial/
Open Qualifier 1 -> 256 teams -> 2 best teams qualify for groups( all matches are BO3)
Open Qualifier 2 -> 256 teams -> 2 best teams qualify for groups( all matches are BO3)
Groups Phase -> 10 teams -> 4 teams from open qualifiers + 6 invited teams(Vivo Keyd, Vikings, Furia, Havan Liberty, Sharks and Gamelanders) - > 2 groups of 5 teams, round robin (all matches are BO3) -> 6 teams qualify for playoffs(The best 3 from each group)
Playoffs -> 6 teams, Double Elimination, top 2 qualify for Masters 1(matches for the spots and GF are BO5)
So are you guys thoughts about the format?
We lost two times against them
They will comeback better next year, trust
Some non emea/na team vs some emea/na team
like Vision Strikers vs Team Liquid
"mom can I sleep with you?"
"I'm afraid of the of the mirudos in Berlim(mib)"
mirudo means someone with really good aim
The boys did well, I had not any faith in them coming to this match because the lack of international experience but they proved me wrong, this group is gonna be interesting
??? if team secret win, vikings may lose to them and will have to face gambit in the lower bracket which is a way more scary
as much I would like to Furia to win, I think Sentinels will destroy Furia
I would say 4 of the furia players(xand, nzr, khalil and qck) can pop off and top frag in games so yeah he's good, he used to play smokes before lcq
In my eyes VS is the favorite to get out of that group, but I think people shouldn't count Fnatic or Full Sense out
Iceland and Japan
Not even in my wildest dreams I see Furia beating Sentinels in the first game, but I think the only way for Furia get out of the group is facing Sentinels again in lowers
saving this comment for next year
Vivo Keyd:
1.Heat
2.mwzera
3.murizzz
4.vixxen
5.jhow
Vikings:
Furia (controversial):
Buzz and Jonh Olsen should be higher, btw where is keznit?
Brazilian Teams and Full Sense
