why do they got a spot in closed if they released their entire roster???

I made a post about this a while ago.
The problem is they used VCT 2021 points but invited orgs not players, and they didn't even franchise the league so it doesn't make much sense.

Because unfortunately according to Riot Br, the spots are for the orgs not the players

they have a roster
