This witch hunting being done on D1sease without giving him time isn't good it would never be done if he was a known name and it's also being done by S8ul fans btw . The best 2 players of DUPG were Envy2k and Karm1l while Envy is playing for GEA Karam1l was literally FA and S8ul went without him so intention to really keep DUPG core after slot retention wasn't there no matter what anyone says. (the 3 they have picked hv never been good enough yet at T2 level to play for top team unfortunately, the 2 who were hv been let go).
but at the same time VLT guys including Skrossi need to chill down a bit they didn't have any right on the slot which S8ul has it was of DUPG players and they have willingly given it to S8ul while knowing they will soon be replaced- it wasn't snatched from them by anyone unfairly . It was unfortunately their best course getting few months of good salary than being FA team in split 1. The narrative that slot has been taken has to be stopped everyone knows they were signed with the intention of getting the slot obviously if someone proves himself won't be replaced. it's changed now brother as of now Split 2 is also for point and Split 3 also for points. The top 4 teams which have total highest points after 3 splits will play in a double elimation ascension qualifiers tournament from which 1/2 (slots for us not finalised yet) teams will qualify to represent India in Ascension.
Split 1 is just round robin, Split 2 is grp+playoff and so on Split 1 gives less points while split 3 gives highest points all you hv to do is be top 4 team after 3 splits if you arent worried abt prize money

I have nothing to do with them bro have criticised them in past for their hypocrisy too but rn they are bringing what Indian valorant needs so a bit of sacrifice has to be done on our end too. Look at the viewership rn we have already broken past the peak viewership of last 2 years nd it's just second day , putting them in open qualifiers nd risking them not qualifying when they are willing to enter isn't worth it however you see it.
Skrossi nd VLT are backbones of Indian valorant nd I was sure they will breeze past open qualifiers which they did. More slots won't matter really bcz competition is pretty weak in India still you either let everyone qualify from open or this fine one more slot wouldn't change anything.

Skrossi nd VLT had zero rights over any slot , VLT was playing in PH , Skrossi voluntarily took a break from split 3 , Russ nd LF played in Level 5 nd lost to Dupg themselves nd RNTX later decided to go with the current core nd let Skrossi go.
Atleast S8ul will pay few months salary for 3 of DUPG guys though I hv no idea why they left out their best player Karam1l.
TR,MDL,Mogo disbanded nd with only 1 slot available they simply have given Dupg's to S8ul with bit of workaround nobody else's slot can even be questioned tbh nd no other org had a team which had any claim on slot.

good map 1 from GE boys , great debut by georgyy on a completely new role in a new setup which is promising, Anti needs to step up that was not so good shooting and calling from him.
Even Azys and Rawfiul weren't in their top form nor was Envy2k hopefully a better map 2 from all of them
