I think that in the case of tactical FPS, women have a long way to go if they want to get at the same level than men
But we've seen women in other games be succesful and be at the same level than men:
Scarlett (Starcraft)
Liooon (Hearthstone)
Geguri (Overwatch)
It all depends if the good GC players are willing to leave GC even if that means getting less money
I think that Flor, dodonut, rezq, vania, and srN could make it to tier-2/tier-1 with the right guidance
But it's unlikely for most of them. But I do believe they have the level and capacity to compete at the highest level. The talent is there, a GC team will never make it to tier-2/tier-1, but they have players that could be head-to-head with top pros
Liquipedia doesn't agree with you

Vitality will finish top 8 of EMEA
You would say the same thing if he had low ACS
And what you're saying isn't making sense btw
95% of teams couldn't afford buying her even if they trialed her
But obviously there's going to be close-minded teams, that however is a different conversation. And Mimi shouldn't be blamed if she got rejected because she's a woman
I don't think she would compete as a caller
I've seen top tier-2 teams with mediocre players, that I think that Mimi could replace (mikee, Tag, zeek, BennY, BULD, Fragger, SpY)
If Hype, NaturE, and Moose made it to franchise, Mimi could lol
? It's true, is the same reason why Florescent doesn't compete in tier-2
It's not the highest tournament she can play. Mimi could easily play for a top tier-2 team. And with the IGL market being weak in EMEA, she could even tryout with a tier-1 team
But money in G2 is too good and she's already a Redbull athlete, so why bother competing in a higher level when you know for sure you will dominate in a tier-3 circuit, while you stream and get money. There's no reason for her to compete in higher levels
overused maybe but I think that people call it the best vandal skin for a reason
something is better than texture
I've seen enough vlr for today
that bum isn't in fnatic anymore
nah but fr I'd put t3xture and kang kang higher than aspas
also, what is something doing there?
Looks aight, maybe I'd put 100T and PRX a tier higher and bit higher too
I would put Vitality in zzzz but I understand why people are hyped about this roster
aspas is the best jett
not the best duelist
thats all im gonna say
vandal: prelude, forsaken, reaver
phantom: oni, recon, protocol
knife: recon, champs karambit, sovereign
this is my opinion though I recognise that some skins might be more popular
I would've put Johnqt in smokes and get brawk for recon instead
But the current roster and roles are fine too. I just don't see Johnqt comfortable playing recon, but idk he might be insane with some practice
I like N4RRATE on sentinel but I don't like Johnqt on recon
I'm just stating the facts, I don't think that they will be good in VCL
But saying that no GC pro has ever made it to t2 is a lie
People that say that women are biologically worse at videogames don't know Geguri
Bob made it, and was the best player in her team
9z GC made it (though they got demolished)
Liquid BR and LOUD GC will compete in VCL next year
What are some underrated t2 players that you'd like to see in VCT sometime in the future?
For me:
f4ngeer
tixx
Fizzy
sultan
Flickless
DaviH
Felix
Yo pienso que deberían banear la cuenta de Azzelastia de VLR permanentemente
unlikely to happen since most teams have long-term imports
Pretty sure that NAVI made him go with the international flag and forgot to change it
KOI is not Manchester, Fnatic is, that's why kaajak going there makes sense
KOI is still the worst team to exist in VCT until they prove otherwise
Exactly, bigger org=bigger salary (most of the time), KOI approached Soulcas, so they had to convince him with something
You don't join KOI for deportive project, or fanbase (players that have a brand don't care about this, like soulcas)
If he joined because he liked the KOI banner more than Apeks, then he might be the dumbest player in VCT
Because you think that he doesn't do it for the money, I do
Then that shows that he has no loyalty to any team or anyone
So you're saying that he gest less money? from KOI?
Impossible, only incentive to go there is a bigger salary
Either way, Soulcas doesn't need exposure
And my point still stands, soulcas has no honor and loyalty, only goes to KOI for the money, exactly a mercenary
Tier 1 rejects: 3 titles
KOI: 0 titles
KOI had a history of what? Finishing last place?
Apeks at least has showed that they can make a roster
There's no other reason to go to KOI if it isn't for money or exposure (and exposure would be make sense if he was a 18 yo tier 2 player)
This guy left the only team that gave him a chance to compete in tier 1 and get carried, and all of that to join a team that has been in last place since 2023
At least Kaajak joined Fnatic with a promising future and roster, but soulcas is just shameless
protocols look really basic, like they are made up in the moment, not planned or practiced
feels like players only want to show how good they are individually so they get picked up instead of showcasing how good GC teams are
