Because having an org that doesn't care about putting the best players in, effectively stop players deserving of tier 1 from getting their chance. If you care about those players then you don't support a org that puts clout>skill, hopefully SEN doesn't end up doing this now that they are in franchising but they have shown no evidence to the contrary

It's not about what they have or haven't achieved, it's about how the org runs the valorant team.

Here I'm saying org's that value making the best possible teams are better for the health and competitiveness of future valorant. Just because org A has a better team right now then org B, doesn't mean that org A will be able to do that consistently, SEN got lucky with their original players and don't have the infrastructure in place to make changes when needed unlike how say 100T did.

The reason they don't make changes is because they don't have a real manager that runs it, they have shazam choosing who is the players, coach , and analyst. This is a poor way to run a org for long term success, player run teams don't work long term, teams with the biggest improvement didn't do this, 100T made a fresh team with good structure and look at how it payed off for them.

No shit every company exists to make profit, the point of people complaining about the way to org runs is to signal to the org that by continuing that behaviour they are going to lose support and thus profit. If everyone complained and nobody supported SEN because they are putting clout first then SEN will stop doing that.

The difference is NRG, EG, C9 have never put shroud on the team. It's not about what they have or haven't achieved, it's about how the org runs the valorant team. The other orgs are trying to make teams to win, SEN doesn't try to do that though, no team trying to win LCQ puts shroud on when there are other players available. I want orgs to make teams of the best players not the best clout for the org.
