My guess for why SEN flairs are always the worst people for any valorant discussion is because the type of people that support SEN are normally more casual fans so they don't have as much knowledge as well as with the streamers I think the average age of SEN fans are much lower.

because ISP and government both want to minimise costs for infrastructure, the point of the analogy shows that 2 entities, a domestic and foreign one, government/japanese cars or CP/ISP require a infrastructure (roads, internet) to survive, both entities want the other to pay for it.

The reason Korea and EU are trying to get CP to pay for infrastructure because these countries would rather the US pay for their infrastructure then pay for it themselves. The only reason Korea and EU would do this with any infrastructure if they could.
I'm not necessarily even saying it's bad, obviously it makes sense for a country to want to pay as little for infrastructure as they can but don't act like it's the evil CP corporations being greedy and the saint ISP/gov want justice; both are greedy and don't want to pay the bill and are trying to get the other to.
Japanese car manufactures selling more cars will increase traffic, citizens pay road costs through taxes, should the government get the car manufactures so pay for the roads since their product increases the cost of road repair?
