A bug is an unintended mechanic, you can say that's vague and I agree the line is not crystal clear but I think the turret which is written in game 'FIRE to deploy a turret that automatically fires at enemies in a 180 degree cone.', yet fires at nothing is clearly unintended and a bug.

If a team loses to a bug they should always replay it, sucks didn't happen in the past. If the bug doesn't impact the outcome of the match they I could see why you'd ignore it but this way literally ot map 3, it was the outcome of the match in that round, not some round that didn't actually effect the outcome
