they are not up to NRG's level put simply. they tend to make a lot of mistakes on pearl that costs them rounds, but they make it close kind of.

He played his first official valorant pro match THIS YEAR. and now he just looks like any other really strong franchise player. No questions about him being deserving of a spot so soon after joining the game. The clips T1 used for his announcement were from BETA????? He was learning the game and now he is proving to be a really good player showing up at biggest stage.

Carpe has only been on the up and up and I feel like I hear no one talk about just how drastically he continually improves over such a short amount of time. Wild to me

I know Bind is like classic FNS masterclass map, but T1 have been really good on Bind all season with their (believe it or not) gekko comp. Might actually be a closer map than most people expect

-I don't know what bonkar does, but that guy and insane sova players just seem to be a combo. verno and leo aren't blessed by god. They blessed by bonkar.
-add3r is not real (bjor and aproto are next for sentinel role)
-for smokes, theif, paincakes, and wedid are my next options probably :)
-I had a hard time choosing for IGL/flex since there are some really good IGL's and flexes (mitch, dazzle, rossy, v1c, moose) but flyuh not only plays both smokes and initiator which are super important roles currently, but has been a great caller as well.

many rounds came down to very close like 1v1 / 2v2 type stuff. What my point is, is that if a moment in the round is different. Like a gun duel goes the other teams way for example the tone of the game can totally shift. As it could have with these two teams matchup in the upper bracket. The scoreline does not fully reflect how close the game actually was.
When multiple rounds are coming down to the final moments and just one gun duel changes the outcome. I would call that close. Hypothetically, if a game ends like 13-5 but every round ended with 1v1. I would say that game was close even if the score did not show it.

DSG were on that loss streak because they were simply bad. Not because they were not at their best, but because their best would not have been good enough anyways. MxM had shown much higher level of gameplay than what they put out today. DSG had not shown high level of gameplay. There is a difference.

Plus for split 2 MxM and Guard were in the farming group so those two teams stats are ultra inflated. All 5 of the MxM players are in the top 13 and 4 in the top 9 and they haven't even played their playoff match yet
