well i heard EG got a lawsuit against them from previous pros (i believe one or two) from a previous game for basically keeping them in contract jail, so maybe valorant team did the same, maybe EG need new players, who knows

it's also important to note the reason why they had such a strangle hold was the fact other regions and other good teams refused to prac with other apac teams other than drx, and drx denied people prac with them, to keep them bad, because they knew it would work, teams like that get what's coming to them eventually

i feel as though other players such as cryo, yay, etc have had problems with this and got burnt out due to the stress of competing, it's very real it happens to normal players in ranked so ofc it'd happen with other players in pro league, but i feel it also shows they aren't meant to be competing at the top levels
