I would think they would have stopped that after the lawsuit. Batteries will always degrade though
I mean, the only improvement it has is its cpu. But still, adding couple bucks would be a best idea to buy the latest one. Beside, I did have iphones, 6 8 and xr in the past but android had the best battery and it still is today.

Are you from the US? If so, then that's understandable.
Coming to the phones, yeah 15 is a significant improvement over 14 imo cus usb-c and better cameras and maybe dynamic island if you'd find that useful; it's obviously better than that ugly notch that has no visible utility apart from housing the faceid sensors.
