Players would rather keep it safe and stay at already solid teams over gambling it at a team that is not great, in hopes of it getting way better.

Bro there's no way ur trying to use VLR opinions as proof. Anyone that's been on VLR for a while knows that all teams get shit by the trolls, even if they're good. SEN got their Master's trophy called Mickey, Heretics got shit for not winning a trophy despite having a great year, and even EDG got called flukers throughout the entirety of champs, took them to win the whole thing for the slander to stop. Gen.G was the only team that was really respected on VLR. Every other team got shit talked a lot at some point

While that's true, that's something anyone with a good team can do. Even if GC didn't exist that would still be an option for a full women's team. I was thinking of a more streamlined connection. Something that made being in GC actually a tool.
