On Abyss he wasn't entering but that was probably on the coach telling him to play OP. And to top it off he doesn't have as much firepower behind like he did with LOUD in its prime, so being the human drone at the start is probably not a good plan for LEV as I'd imagine they want to get the most out of their best player.
