What I hope (and think) is that it's not going to be enforced regularly, and that they'll only actually ban people in clear cut cases (take the N word for example).
But I don't like how in theory they have the power to come after absolutely anyone, since in some cases (like ardiis for example) it's pretty much subjective as to whether you think they're offensive or not

I was very similar I had a blue tracker score all the way to asc then I fell off, I have an alt which placed plat or something and I easily climbed to high diamond then got stuck again. It took me ages to realise it wasn't just a slump and it's just that my skill is high dia/low asc level rn. I mean I literally said to my duo 'my gunfights are good I'm just dying a lot' before I realised

Reduux's team is rumoured to be SEN academy, so they can't go to Ascension if that's true. RANKERS I feel like will struggle when they face higher level teams, but I can see them being a dark horse. Tbh I don't know enough about YFP to comment on them
