they need to make a better incentive for teams to perform well and not just paycheck steal, relegation would be great but that defeats the whole partnership system, so it has to be less radical than that

(ik its minor) idk they just dont hit the same since franchising started, idk about other people but this whole boxing style walkout is way less hype than what they did in 2021 and 2022
growing pains with 11 teams imo, it will be fixed next year as we already know the format, but you do have an argument for LCQ, but I think the second split if done right has the potential to be better than LCQ, hopefully they learn to not do that half half bs they did this year
idk how big his following is in the russian scene, but im sure he has a place in t2 waiting for him if he looks for it
yup, you think russian rebuild is a good idea or build around what they have now?
I get flamed for it but I truly think demon1 was the only good move they made, I think he's a phenomenal player but I think he was just at the wrong place at the wrong time when it came to NRG. I think bringing in FNS was a bad move now, I would imagine it as an off season endeavour. In the short term I would've just tried to find a solid t2 talent to fill in the gap for this year
idk, I think something had to be done. We could tell from the outside that the internal dynamic was crumbling, which defo doesn't have a quick fix so I think a change was warranted

I'm guessing they'll alternative between the phantom and vandal, so phantom this year
otherwise they could switch up the gun, maybe like an op or sheriff
I really hope that its not Berlin again that would be boring asf so many cool cities that it could be
So AMER is Mexico, PAC is JP, do we know where EMEA is? I remember hearing berlin but idk if its true
Poor guy, maybe they could've waited until after the UCAM and TH game
yeah basically, but idk how personalised riot would make them, so maybe something like what they showed here https://www.youtube.com/live/xah-dc4Uf_E?si=RtkZFHaiHFuAn7s_&t=2790 (its kinda fast you might have to pause and play a few times)
I'm sure they could, ACE are in challengers now and LOUD are in franchising so I don't see the harm, but I'd still be happy if they did something for the franchising era onwards
memorialise each champs winner by putting a small spray or ornament next to wherever the team wins the final round at champs, so far we would have;
2021 ACE: Stairs on split, Kiles kills Redgar
2022 LOUD: Right outside short A on Haven, Aspas kills FNS
2023 EG: Tree on Lotus, Demon1 kills Jinggg
2024 EDG: Abyss on top site B, Smoggy kills Boo
just a small idea I thought would be cool.
Here are some examples of what it could look like (I had to improvise with the spray, they could defo do something cooler):

they qualified so idk if this counts
yes as in dive duellists should be selfless (eg you dash in and your sole purpose is to gather extra info and to distract) any kills are a bonus
idr know ab victor, I think at this point his skill would be at a level which would suit a team like c9 or eg, not really on a superteam, even if he does go for more flashy plays
yes for dive duelists
not necessarily for others
imo
I think if LOUD win all their games and EG lose, other than that I think its tiebreakers + a lot of people losing only for FUR, and I think mibr are cooked
but I could be completely wrong so if someone knows more please correct me
wow how resourceful of liquid to make their scouting into content
and to the argument of 'he saw what happened to qck' im sure if they don't produce results his job is at risk anyways, so either way he's screwed but atleast if he goes on duelist he has a chance to prove loud are the team that can compete on the world stage
Im speculating that Saadhak was just trying to be supportive when tuyz said he didn't want to play duelist. But imo if you are a salaried pro for a tier 1 org you should be willing to adapt and change for your coach/igl, hopefully with hindsight tuyz will understand that the best thing for the whole team is to go on duelist
maybe liquid, idk since most the people who dog on them arent fans (or flairs at least)
optimistic side of me thinking that they're looking at political comments for banning before they delete the whole thread, otherwise damn
You can do cardio in the gym too, the gym is the least judgmental place in the world trust me. I wouldn't suggest doing weights until your body has a good amount of stamina first. hope this helps
start with walking and work your way up to running, it might take weeks or even months but its all about not overdoing it whilst you're building up the habit
I ended up buying it, but it will take a long time to arrive, so until it arrives, I will use the QCK Heavy as the dude above suggested, thanks
also what thickness do you have? I was contemplating between Soft but I ended up going with MID because I've heard it can throw off your aim
I looked it up and looks pretty good, I bought the XXL one because that will fix my keyboard wobble, thanks
looking to buy a mousepad, I am looking at the Medium(thickness) Artisan Zero Large(size) is it any good? or would you recommend something else
Oh yeah true, I had just used the regular season page when I should've used the team pages instead
What does this map indicate? (tier 1 only)
maybe too easy for some, I will comment on the right answer
There are 6 groups, top 2 teams from each are seeded into a bracket, (ie top seed plays a second seed), and then its just 2 single elim brackets which meet at the GF, just like lock//in
e: completely forgot about 4/6 3rd seeds as the guy below pointed out
The euros format would slap for champs
the groups make sure the best teams are through, and then single elim all the way through starting at the Ro16. Champs is supposed to be all about the culmination of the whole year, I don't think there should be second chances. It would make the matches much higher stakes and entertaining.
Alternatively, employ this with smaller numbers for masters and then keep champs at groups -> double elim. Overall either of these changes would just make Masters and Champs different outside of branding and prize money. Either I cooked or not, thats for you to decide
lightningfast + Benkai + Blazeking is a solid core I think they can build around for 2025
