Apparently, Vietnam was told that they were only getting 2 slots into APAC VCT Challengers Stage 2, is there any announcement on which region the extra slot is being given to?
Would it be SA/ MYSG or even OCE mayb?

No reports as of now. I can confirm for now that OCE has only one slot, barring any further changes. Potential OCE, but no concrete evidence of so.

I honestly want to wonder where that info (about -1 VN seed) coming from. I'll ask my own source but the 2nd OCE slot as far as I know (that's confirmed) is non-existent

I think it should technically go to OCE, as they've proven their 1st seed will dominate VN's 2nd seed but maybe not

It wouldnt work as APAC is ment for APAC South Circuit Points not APAC North which is for JP and KR.
nono, the Event is technically called "VCT Stage 2 APAC Playoffs" which is the "playoff for masters". I think they will have a Play-In Stage then Groups, then Knockouts for the Spot at Masters.
