thwifo and crew found early success in tournaments, only losing to higher ranked, more established teams. They found their first tournament victory under XSET in the Complexity x NSG invitational, before diving into the Valorant Champions Tour in North America, racking up two top four finishes in Stage 1 Challengers and a second place finish in the Stage 2 Challengers 1 main event.
XSET have made a number of changes to their roster in the past few weeks. About two weeks ago, the team added Rory "dephh" Jackson as the team's new in-game leader and replacement for Matthew "wedid" Suchan, who was benched about a month prior. About a week after that announcement, the team added Zachary "zekken" Patrone from Noble, which had many wondering if XSET would continue forward with a six player roster or if another player would be departing.
