I have only encountered one cheater, and ive been playing since beta
on ranks above immo a lot of cheaters.It is a really problem

i have never really noticed any cheaters except for people who use exploits but you may never know when someone is soft cheating.
In my 2 years of playing the game I have only ever encountered 1 cheater ever but yes the game needs a replay system.

cheaters are nonexistent on valorant lol cs tho
