I mean i dont see how that would make them braindead but it does seem that there is a correlation between them.
I mean first of all the valorant community is filled with neckbeard incels and 10 year olds who are all sexist as fuck, you can literally watch any female streamer thats below immortal and youll see the amount of misogynistic shit is said in this game.
Secondly, the gameplay from the female pro scene is actually so bad its laughable that they call themselves pros. There have actually been cases where these so called "female pro teams" have been wiped by a full radiant 5 stack that has had no practice with each other before so I mean theres your answer.

There are only a few people who hate the pro scene.

But, they have not given any reason to like them as well? They mostly cannot even make it past round of 32 or 64 in actual men tournaments (the mainstream VCT) when they participate in them.

Yes, women players are actually pretty decent individually and could probably do well when they join a men's team (4 boys, 1 girl or 3 boys 2 girls) but all 5 girls teams just aren't as good as an entire unit as of now.
