to encourage participation of women in the sport and level the playfield slowly but surely since women havent been able to join competition for so long due to misogyny being so normalized before. a separate league also is a safe space from the possible harassment too.

rn she's at a high T2 level IMO. but it's hard to judge since she'd likely improve at a much faster rate on a T1 team too.
