If you have been watching the fucking tournaments then you would have realised that among all the teams that have attended master. Fnatic and Optic are the only teams who have more of a "listen to leader" mentality more than any other teams. They rely so much on the IGLs calls, its literally their entire game. Most teams have a mid round caller or have a 2nd caller but that is not the case for either. So in a such a team environment you owe the success to your IGL.
