What would the city of your dreams be like? mine would probably a city with approx 1 million people. A lot of colorful medieval architecture, alot of canals, lots of kawaii shops, cafes and parks, litter is illegal, smoking is illegal, being overweight is illegal, being homophobic is illegal, drugs are illegal.

very highly advanced utopia, something like this

alternatively a small village with a nice forest that has an abundance of fireflies, and maybe a little swamp too. I always liked the ambience of fireflies in a swamp :) and maybe a beach on the other side, a little hill on the outskirts, and some wide meadows for picnics!

I don't know if I could deal with the bugs from a swamp all the time but bayous and mangrove forests are very beautiful

true, the bugs are a problem hehe, in my dreams there are no bugs except for crickets and fireflies :) and no mosquitoes!!

it was always a dream for me to spend the night near a swamp and catch fireflies at dusk, trapping them in jars to see them light up the purple-black-navy blue of the sky, hearing crickets and water and frogs...being called by loved ones to come back home as it's getting late and wanting to stay just a little longer, savouring the personal and private atmosphere between you and nature. its fantasy, i hope it will become true someday.
