Firstly for the uneducated virgins, EMEA stands for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Aa far as I'm aware Russia, Turkey, Ukraine all belong to those continents. It's like saying remove Canada from NA or Thailand from APAC.

And around 3% of Turkey's land area is in Europe and around 10% of Turkish are European.
