Riot combined EMEA, and your teams are mixed with every country within EMEA (outside of Africa), which makes your population pool 1 billion. Your region also plays cs:go/fps games by a much larger margin than every region.

Can you really count all of EMEA tho? Middle east players are irrelevant in EMEA, its basically Western Europe and Russia also some turkish players which would be a population of 745 millions more or less, the difference isnt that much compared to APAC/NA or even Brazil also European teams dont have the advantage of speaking the same language so your argument is kinda flawed
