early is gonna be like day 1 drx vs zeta. Having it start at the time of the second match makes no difference since it's way into midnight for apac alr
have it at a time where all 3 regions can watch? I was gonna say they made their schedule so well with the matches and apac always being first, but now starting so late makes no difference. Might as well put it last so apac can wake up to watch the last map
the apac match is first and if they move it back people from north america will have to be up much earlier to watch the game, they cant please the entire world. This is like asking for the Australian grand prix to happen at midnight so the rest of the world can watch it at a reasonable time
cater way more to NA still aswell, most later matches go on until early hours of the morning for all of Europe which is crazy considering its literally hosted in Iceland. most of the time its way too late to enjoy the last match of the day without being tired😅
Wrong. When League Worlds is in Asia it's us watching in the middle of the night ( and we aren't upset about it). You ONLY cater to the location of the event.
Don't know why that's so hard to understand. Ppl want the games to be held at times convenient for them without realizing that players and staff would have to play at some wack time lmao

from what I understand they put the best times for players to play, so it varies from region to region, when lolo was in china it's going to be very bad to follow the game that only started at 5 o'clock in the morning
It's not that they don't want viewership, they already have a set schedule for 2 match days and 3 match days and they won't deviate from that to cater to a particular match. It's catered to NA/EMEA because the tournaments are in EMEA. I think you would be better served pushing for an international Lan tournament in a different part of the world so that local region could be the host and have an easier time watching :)
entitled much? Players and event employees schedule is no1 priority. They work hard to prepare everything so things go as smoothly as possible. While you cry that the match is past your normal bedtime. FYI time difference can be as much as 23 hours across the globe, and you are not the centre of everything.
For people that didnt dive deep into this topic, Riot actually did cater towards APAC. They put it on the earlier term which is better for East Asia.
I guess this guy wants Riot to change entire schedule mid-tournament. He is off the goop.
