there is no delay. Shahzam and VCT use same OBS to stream same delay and I stream snipe both the same.

C9 vanity is not that good, Ive played against him in ranked, but obv thats not the same thing. I think if there was no post plant, no judge, and no OP metas to abuse and the game properly balanced, he wouldnt be any sort of special IGL at all, open to being wrong on this one

If you’re talking about the flank on Breeze, I’m pretty certain he initiated his flank as a direct response to the kayo ult being popped, which makes a lot of sense if u think ab it. hope this clears some things up

no it was the last round on fracture flank. the way he hid along dish and then moved in as they turn around and started to commit. it was just fishy and sus but leaf went ahead on twitter to comment there is a 4-6 min delay. so not possible.
