with Reykjavik looking less likely(assuming they lose against fpx and having to play m3c eventually in lower), i think that liquid should do whatever they can to get bonecold. liquid's igl and sova problems are well documented and bonecold just ticks both of these boxes. i think he should replace soulcas, as i feel like jamppi would find consistency with an igl of bonecold's caliber.

I think they fear of him losing his job might be enough to stop trying stupid shit, I would just tell him they are evaluating their options for stage 2 and then keep him so maybe he stops trolling

a part of me can almost see a situation like liquid pre lcq playing the weirdest comps, and during lcq destroying everybody playing meta comps, bound to happen again.

Soulcas is OK flexer but TL actually needs 1 more slot for entry. Jampi slot is for IGl. And soulcas is terrible low tab entry

Jamppi has been made to play everything and every role in the game, of course he’s gonna be a bit inconsistent cause it’s to much even for the best of players
With the stability and organization that bonecold could bring the team jamppi could really flourish as a great player, he certainly has the potential

like i said, i feel like jamppi would achieve consistency when there is a proper igl in the team, and not him having to igl/flex to whatever agent sliggy tells him/entry/lurk and whatever else he does right now.

This may sound crazy, but I truly think if TL replaced ScreaM with someone like purp0 they would eventually become better.
L1NK is good controller player, Jamppi is super flexible and can frag, Soulcas may not be the best but he has good Raze, Kay/O and Skye, Nivera is talented player, while ScreaM just feels useless when he can't other duelists than Reyna or at least he isn't willing to. Also his Skye just looks mediocre.

I just think he is holding this team down. People always talk about players like Jamppi and Soulcas, but ScreaM's heropool is pretty dogshit considering that they never play him on Jett so maybe he doesn't want to play it and seems like he put a lot of time in Skye, but even that looks pretty mediocre.

If you truly think Jamppi is the problem then I don't know what to say. Flag checks or not. He's been so important for TL due to his flexibility while putting up good stats pretty consistently if you don't count in his Jett performances. Without Jamppi TL would have never made it this far. He pretty much had to change roles because ScreaM wasn't able to flex.

also another question, when do we start to see scream as a liability? so far the only agent i have been truly impressed with him playing is reyna, and as we all know she is out of meta. his jett is good, but not world class, skye and kayo leave a lot to be desired, as well...

ScreaM never been good support player, never ever during his career. Due to small Sliggy brain, playing on support and 0 IGLing jamppi skills, no structure, no fundamentals, ScreaM can't find out what to do.
Such players like him just need to see and kill, so on well rounded team he would be one of the best players in the world

ideally for me liquid should have this 5
bonecold - sova/igl
l1nk - controller
scream - riffling jett
nivera and jamppi split the initiator and sentinel(they have to keep investing heavily in the chamber stonks), depending on the map

S tier coach, S tier assistant coach, talented analyst.
Dropping all brits and jamppi.
Building new team around ScreaM rifler/entry and Nivera awp.

the tl problem is really hard to fix you have the best mechnicly gifted squad but they dont complete each other well role wise , they need a new coach/igl and a true jett player
