I always said it, he doesn't play well when it matters, got a lot of negative comments, guess what happened? It happened again, he ended 18/35/7 in an important match against V1, he is no near a Top Player people try to say, Yay is so much better than him.

it's more important than you think. Seeding matters a lot. I agree that it doesn't matter as much, but it's not minimal by any means. Also, people still can judge TenZ's individual ability. Your argument really only applies to teams as a whole not going all out/showing new strats. These people are talking about TenZ, and his personal performance. It's not like TenZ was throwing because the match "didn't matter" (which, again, still does).

While I agree with you mostly, using 'seeding match' as an excuse isn't valid.

I would disagree. This was very important. If they win they get to play LG first round, and get a much easier path to MASTERS. Now they have to play Guard round 1, which I don't even think they'll win, and have to play V1 and C9 after that most likely.
