The format for all the tournaments has always been the same, the regions best are representing their region so that they can prove that they deserve more slots, has SA done that? To my knowledge NO. Their best even lost to a mediocre SEA and KR team. Thats just proof that adding more slots wont do shit. SEA slots got increased cause the SEA teams in Champs proved thaat they deserved it by going at the top dogs and going toe to toe with them.

the percentage of teams doesnt matter when only the best teams can represent your region. If I put 99% every region other than CIS agaainst Gambit, there is not doubt in my mind thaat Gambit will still come out on top, theyre the best of CIS and theyre the best in the world PERIOD. Percentage is something that is being eliminated by the formats of tournaments due to only allowing the best of the best to compete.
