Why Enigma from Lower braket only have to play 1 Bo3 while GE from upper bracket have to play 2 Bo3s with literally 40mins break ???

Both teams were in lower bracket and played same ammount of maps. While ge was in upper bracket and played 3 extra maps. Happened to exploit last vcc as well.
