neither tenz nor xxif did it, always saw them use an updraft before getting up. Even if tenz did it, what matters is getting a kill part, if no kills were attained, it wont count

I think that's a dumb way to look at exploits. Like the cypher cam doesn't always result in a kill, yet it still helps the team, so it should be banned if it's not meant to be in game.

it's not even an exploit. it's actually doable as far as I know there are many vids in yt that are explaining how to do those kinds of jumps without using your updraft. as long as it is doable and doesn't violate rules such as cypher cams it's all good bruh.

been like 2-3 days since the ruling (funny thing is, that was their 2nd dq in the whole tournament, they were forced to FF their opening match cause of some help sewer stuff lol)

I'm sure riot is aware of this, it's been around for ages. If it hasn't been penalized until now, then riot thinks that it's legal and we can't accuse the players of cheating. If this is the first time we are seeing it in a public match and riot hasn't confirmed that it is illegal, then riot seems to allow it and no action can be taken against the players.
Edit: just to note this is IF it has not been stated as illegal by riot games and if riot games has not penalized other teams prior to when the exploit was used.
