I've seen the situation Zellsis is so mad about constantly. People only communicating to complain. I lived in the US for a while some years back and can confirm that comms in NA are MUCH MUCH better, and also more fun and lighthearted than comms in EU (at least on CS. I assume its the same or similar in valorant)

As some fnatic guy said on Twitter, EU ranked builds character. :D But for real though, it's like Riot is not looking over voice chat reports from EU server - I have an acquaintance from discord who tilts pretty easily and is quick to tell people to off themselves, use all sort of f-,r-,n- slurs in voice chat in at least 33% of his games and to this day he is still not banned or voice chat restricted since December 2020.
