It is gonna be a typical,but you can watch Hunter x Hunter,Attack on Titans,Jujutsu Kaisen .Also,some Jojo parts are pretty good.

I personally started with Haikyuu

but i think start with Demon Slayer , JJK , MHA (Modern day high quality cliche shounen)
THen move on to Naruto , One Piece , Bleach

after a fair amount of time you will get bored of shounen
then you will look for fanservice and romance

and lastly you will end up with slice of life

Even that wont satisy you for long and you will end up reading mangas and manwhas
