I personally started with Haikyuu
but i think start with Demon Slayer , JJK , MHA (Modern day high quality cliche shounen)
THen move on to Naruto , One Piece , Bleach
after a fair amount of time you will get bored of shounen
then you will look for fanservice and romance
and lastly you will end up with slice of life
Even that wont satisy you for long and you will end up reading mangas and manwhas

i have kind of watched a lot of shonen ones. and i thought that the genre was getting kinda repetitive. but recently i finished code geass and i fell in love with that show. i will be watching ranking of kings next
