What's up with Stanislaw? He's one of the most legendary IGLs in NA CS and yet he isn't signed to a team in Val or CS. There's a shortage of IGLs and one of the most legendary NA IGLs isn't singed. Why?

he doesn't want to play valorant and is loosing to random NA mixes in CS. I don't think teams want him currently.
Seems like he’s staying in CSGO and playing with a stack in the ESL Challenger League.

He doesn't have the best reputation as either a tactical mind or a personal leader. He will get a job, but probably not as big of a team.
No one wanted him in NA cs so he joined a tier 3-4 team to raise some young talent
Pretty respectable move imo.
washed up + at this moment if ur switching to valorant from cs:go u need couples of months if not a year, especially for an IGL. u cant just switch and win, its not 2020 when valorant was established.
