What happens if tier 1 cs players switch?

If Cs tier 1 players switch what happens?
they shit on everyone? definitely
widen the gap between tier 1 and tier 2 teams? definitely
Get scattered acorss multiple teams so no team like NaVi stays together ? definitely

Basically, nothing would be changed cuz all teams will be scattered
there wouldnt be any NaVi or any gambit
The skill ceiling for all teams will rise proportionally
meaning only change we would see is more insane plays in vct.
nothing else changes

The fact there are so many teams and all these teams get insane players means nothing really changes

The backstory of stories in the scene is bigger and more fans of the individual player, so viewership goes up, so something does change?

A tier 1 cs pro will have a little advantage over other
new players who are switching from games like apex and overwatch for a little while, Eventually everyone will be at the same level. A tier 1 cs pro will have no advantage to anyone in terms of shooting and movement.

Only advantage a tier 1 cs pro would have over other valorant players is lan experience because most of the valorant pros have little to none previous lan experience
