Is france the most competitive EU country ?

I think that in france, there is many very talented players that don't have orgs (for example bref, megastitut (or mega), VMS ...) but french teams from sub tiers 1 use to eliminate some T1 teams (for example TH).

If we are talking about biggest amount of players in quals I guess you could say either France or Poland, many Spanish too but not even close to those two. But that doesn’t mean being the most competitive country, nobody in tier 1

Wtf no, maybe if you talk about tier 2, but what French players have been in the Tier 1 during 2021 other than Keloqz?? Maybe Bramz or kadaavra but that’s about it

russia no joke, they had gambit, navi, fpx, obg and plenty of talented orgless teams like fishkavtom, 5mokes (ex-gmt), ezkatka, deathwish etc.
