Please welcome @chetsingh to #TSM as our new head coach! We're excited to see how strong he and our roster can become as we set our sights on Masters 3.
After parting ways with 100 Thieves' CS:GO squad in late September of 2020, Chet quickly found his opening in Valorant, becoming a foundational member of

's roster alongside Damian "daps"
Steele when the organization entered Valorant in October of 2020.
During his six month tenure with NRG, Chet oversaw a tumultuous roster, with the organization signing eight players in total and having parted with three. The team underwent multiple transformations, eventually finding their way into multiple Challenger main events and contending against establishing Tier 2 teams. Chet parted with NRG in April of 2021.
Chet joins TSM during the roster's time of existential crisis, as the team struggles to find identity in the rapidly shifting North American landscape, having missed out on two Masters events in a row. As stated in Chet's announcement tweet, the organization seeks a turnabout in placements, with a goal set on attending Masters 3 in Berlin, Germany.
