Just my opinion, maybe unpopular . But Point-and-click one-shot gun don't belong to Val/CS. Even some CS pros now vocal about how overpowered and say that AWP is noob-gun
I started using OP in Valo and kinda mastered it for my elo (not that im pro with it but in my elo im good) and i ranked up very fast 2 times. Its kinda easy if you have the right position and holding the right angle than all you have to do is just click. Flicking isnt that hard too if you go into deatmatch and spwnd some time than you gonna flick like cned.
I feel like its just a matter of people dont think that far in a ranked match, cause in the better teams in pro play it doesnt seem like running the op really does anything for the side and most times just sets them even further behind the opponents. As long as you take active measure to counter it and make sure you identify the rounds that the opponents could be running op and use strategies like rotations and fakes as well as defaulting it usually seems to be easy to deal with. Once you close the distance it isnt as scary anymore
